Spatial Reverse: Iris Van Herpen x Russell Maliphant

From a series titled MOVEment, by AnOther magazine, created in collaboration with Sadler’s Wells in 2015, that premiered exclusively on Dazed. The film was lead from Iris Van Herpens’ designs and the dark, fluid, light effect of one design against the light, metal wire design of the other. This was the 3rd project I worked on with dancer Carys Staton (The Rodin Project 2011, Still Current, 2013 and was made at the time of creating the RMDC evening Conceal/Reveal 2015.
