the heymacs - The Resurrection Shuffle

Whew! When it rains it pours . . but, this band goes to eleven ! (Music flicks, that is). Cold weather transportation issues, scheduling problems with the location, and the horn section blew them off for a paying gig . . not to worry, #11 is in the bag. Great North found them a nice little studio, and they got Badass Ballantine to sit in on guitar. The boys jammed out on a classic Ashton, Gardner & Dyke rocker from the 70s and Roxie, who was helping out with the audio stuff, couldn’t resist jumpin’ in as a back-up dancer. The rest of this extravaganza is kinda self-explanatory. (And, the usual gentle reminder: It may be just a buck to you . . but, to them, it could mean the only food they get that day. Cheers!)
