[case report] 這是一個透過ramus screw來拉出ankylosed 36的案例。首先先手術暴露牙齒，再鬆動骨沾黏的牙齒後，植入ramus screw，4個月後牙齒自然萌發。再黏上矯正器搭配CuNiTi的線，把牙齒排齊到咬合面。 This case has a deeply submerged ankylosed 36 with a dilacerated root. First, surgically expose the ankylosed tooth and extrude it with a ramus screw. Second, bond a bracket and use a CuNiTi wire to bring it into alignment.
