The ’UK’s worst car parker’ was caught on camera taking EIGHT MINUTES to reverse into a spot - repeatedly failing to get into FOUR clear spaces. Nurse Andrei Dalca was relaxing on his flat’s balcony last week [JUNE 29] when a struggling Toyota driver caught his eye as he turned a standard manoeuvre into an embarrassing struggle. The 27-year-old couldn’t help but record the bizarre incident which sees the ’30 to 40-year-old’ fail to park in four different spaces before finally succeeding after more than 10 ’frustratingly slow’ attempts.
