A rich heiress Lata (Sridevi) disguises as a poor village belle and moves in with a truck driver Vishwa (Mithun Chakraborty) by requesting him to provide her shelter. When her father, Mr. Prasad finds her, she refuses to return home, and insists on marrying Vishwa. However, tragedy strikes when his employer Sikander Lal Thakkar (Kader Khan) frames Vishwa for the murder of a dreaded gangster Billa. Will Vishwa be able to prove his innocence in court?.
