Defeating Jetstream Sam... as Jetstream Sam!? (Jetstream Sam in Raiden’s campaign Mod)

It is very easy to dodge Sam as Sam due to Sam’s superior dodge, and I found that Sam was able to cancel attacks seemingly at will. Sadly, Sam doesn’t have Sam’s DLC attacks, but it still felt way different to Raiden. Somewhere in between Raiden and Sam.
