Favorit F1 Super Special - Restaurování starého závodního kola ze

Ahoj přátelé ocelových kol, tentokrát má příležitost vrátit lesk a krásu jednomu výjimečnému kousku československých sportovních dějin. Jednoho dne mně zazvonil telefon a ozvalo se „ pán Suchánek velmi sa mi páčja vaše videa v ktorých reštaurujete cestné bicykle…no prostě fanoušek ze Slovenska mně nabídl možnost mu dát dohromady Favorit F1 Super Special na kterém v 70. letech závodil člen Dukly Brno Petr Matejov, Dohodli jsme se že zachováme původní barvu, přestože byla místy poměrně dost odřená. Efjedniček v původním laku už bohužel moc nezůstalo. Většina komponentů byla v hodně použitém stavu a některé už chyběli úplně, nebo byly nahrazeny něčím nepoužitelným. Na stavbu jsem zachovalé komponenty rozebral vyčistil, vyleštil , namaźal a seřídil. Mnoho dílů bylo nahrazeno úplně novými přesně z roku výroby bicyklu. Barvu jsem se snažil zaretušovat namíchaným odstínem autolaku. Vězte že jsem měl v ruce každý šroubek několikrát a čistil a leštil a odmaštoval a čistil a to v různém pořadí těchto čiností. No prostě renovace zabrala mnoho hodin a dalších mnoho hodin zabralo sestříhání materiálu z asi 3 hodin do této krátké podoby. Děkuji Hello friends of steel bikes, this time I have the opportunity to return the shine and beauty to one exceptional piece of Czechoslovak sports history. One day my phone rang and I heard “Mr. Suchánek I am a big fan of your videos ...“ ...well just a fan from Slovakia offered me the opportunity to put in shape a Favorit F1 Super Special on which in the 70s raced a member of Dukla Brno Petr Matejov. We agreed to keep the original paint, even though it was quite scuffed in places. Unfortunately, not many of Favorit F1 the original paintwork remains. Most of the components were in a very used condition and some were missing completely or had been replaced by something unusable. For the build I disassembled the preserved components cleaned, polished , lubed and adjusted. Many parts were replaced with brand new ones from the exact year the bike was made. I tried to retouch the paint with a mixed shade of car paint. Know that I have had each bolt in my hand several times and cleaned and polished and degreased and cleaned in varying order of these activities. Well just the restoration took many hours and many more hours to edit the material from about 3 hours to this short video.
