Megalithic Denmark: The Mysterious Chamber of Øm - BC near Roskilde
The Øm Jættestue or megalithic chamber is potentially 5,500 years old and was used up until 700 BC. It has huge rounded blocks making up the roof and was a burial chamber, with artifacts and pottery found inside. The passage leads into a 7m long and 2m high chamber and was excavated in 1831 and again 100 years later when potato farmers dropped stones into a hole at the top and realised it was not an earthen mound. There is another (now destroyed) chamber nearby that is obviously connected to the main site.
