The KMS Classics Mix is a selection of the best and most significant releases from KMS Records, founded by techno pioneer Kevin Saunderson. This mix oscillates between the darker Detroit techno sound that KMS Records is famed for and more uplifting classic house records in their catalogue, many of which have been seminal releases in the electronic music sphere and are still received with delight on dance floors today. Featuring 15 tracks from legendary artists including Inner City, Loco Dice, Chez Damier and Kevin Saunderson himself, the mix transports you back to the centre of the Detroit dancefloor in it’s heyday. It’s release coincides with new compilation releases of KMS Classics across DSPs, continuing the celebration series of re-packaged, re-edited KMS Classics.
