POE [Buffed] Tanky Starter Build Juggernaut Boneshatter, DPS, 1 div

Very tanky and fast starter build (SSF and HC viable): Juggernaut Boneshatter, DPS with 5L setup, life, 85k Armour, Fortify, 2-3k life regen in battle, high hit pool and max hit taken, immune to freeze, chill, temp chains. Easy levelling and mapping, high potential, up to 50-80M DPS with top gear. It was buffed in - quality now gives 1% more dmg per trauma, so here it’s ~10% more dps than previously. I didn’t use any alt quality gems and helmet/boots enchants, so no nerfs at all. Budget: 1 div, most items were picked from the ground or rolled with alts and regal orbs. POB: Upgraded version of this Jugg Boneshatter with 90M DPS is here (swapped to staff), but it used alternate quality gems which are not available in anymore.
