Demonstration of a Classical bassoon by Peter de Koningh (c. 1990s) after Heinrich Grenser (Dresden, c. 1810). The instrument is made of stained maple with brass keys. **New album out soon! This is the kind of bassoon that Beethoven and Schubert would have been familiar with, and for which Weber wrote his Bassoon Concerto.
