Learning some GMS: Hookshot update

I know i promised that hookshot is okay and not gonna be update but i said same for the gun, so... Basically if you TAP hookshot button, you get green hookshot - it pulls enemies towards you and NOT pulls you towards walls IF you HOLD hookshot button, then you pull yourself to the enemy or wall.
