About the writer:
Michael Steffen’s fourth poetry collection, Blood Narrative, was recently published by Main Street Rag Press. New work has appeared, or will appear soon, in Panoply, New Mexico Review and The Lowell Review. Steffen is a graduate of the MFA writing program at Vermont College and currently lives in Buffalo, New York.

Hermione Laake earned her BA (hons) from The University of Winchester. Laake is an award-nominated children’s writer, published emerging author, and associate of the Society of Authors. In 2012 she published her debut sequel to Jane Eyre, a novella cum short story, Betha’s Journal: A Perfect Immleman [n] sic Turn under her pen name, Hermione Wilds.
