Tze Yi Wee & Shirley Low | Spooky Strictly Swing | Spooky Westie Weekend 2019

The Spooky Strictly Swing (SSS) is the highlight of the Spooky Westie Weekend! Competitors must register with a partner. The SSS is about the costumes, the fun of dancing and the theme! As such, a high-low rule for partnership was enforced: An Intermediate / Advanced / All-Star dancer must partner a Novice dancer. A Novice dancer can partner anyone. Judges evaluated couples based on the following criteria: 50% – Theatrics, showmanship costume and ‘dancing in theme’ 50% – West Coast Swing Timing, Technique and Teamwork *Costumes are mandatory. *Lifts are allowed.
