Oseltamivir - Mechanism, side effects, precautions & uses

Oseltamivir is an antiviral agent that inhibits neuraminidase enzyme therefore prevents the release of new virions attached to host cell. This drug is useful for both treatment as prophylaxis and indicated for both influenza A and B infections.
