Suppressed Desert Eagle .44

Bowers CAC-45 silencer on a Desert Eagle .44 shooting supersonic ammunition. There was a lot of gas blowback making the shooter’s eyes water. The gun can run on much lighter ammo with the added back pressure from the silencer. This was filmed at a public range. I was wearing ear muffs because of all the other people shooting unsuppressed guns. I’ve gotten a lot of comments on the EoTech sight. I started with a 10“ barrel, and had it cut to around 7.5“ and threaded. As part of that process, the front sight went away, so I needed to mount some other sighting system. I robbed the EoTech off of a rifle, because that’s what I had on hand. I’ve since gone to a smaller Bushnell Holosight. I tried a traditional pistol scope, but for shooting bowling pin competitions, it was too slow on the transitions. Some type of red-dot sight works better.
