Welcome back to the channel everyone!! In this weeks episode I went out into the city of Fort Pierce to find a property in the community that could use a touch of love. I had a property in mind that I would like to invest in one day if it’s still available. This property is located in Sheraton Plaza right off of 25th street. It was once a convenience store years ago but due to poor management it was shut down and left like this. A MESS! Full of overgrown grass and now being vandalized. Me and Al cut this property last year and at that time I knew this building was valuable. I have been riding past it ever since and watched the grass grow right back.
