Bifrost bullet to maya instancer tutorial

Bifrost instances fed into a bullet simulation, using the node collection from HeydoubleU. The instances were propagated to the Maya instancer node, using Randolphos python node. I changed a few lines of code, to include color information. So here is my version of the node.
