With what state, what frame of mind is the best to start meditation?
One can sit down for meditation having put the mind into different modes. For example, with curiosity, like a child, ’interesting, let’s see what’s there!’, or very seriously ’no joking around, I am going to work very seriously, keep mindfulness!’, or being sleepy, maybe confused, without any preparation, but this state can be changed into any other very quickly. Which one is the best?
