Fantastic compilation gathering some of the’ finest works by Tenebrositas, conjured in its 9 years of existence thus far, namely the “Embraced by the All Devouring Void“ and “Autumnal Servitude“ full lengths, as well as the “Black is the Empire of Torture and Despair“ and “Alone in the Frozen Wastelands“ demos. Cold and grim, primitivist Black Metal, done in utter reverence to Darkthrone and other second wave Norwegian tyrants. A project single-handedly conceived by Kktz, who’s also behing other great acts as Gutterskull or Talog, and who is also behind the very fitting and simplistic artworks, which certainly bare a Punk-ish and deviant flare, which, in this era of aesthetic copycats and music devoid of content, is not only refreshing as it is perfectly in communion with the project’s sound and delivery. Stygian and malign enchantments, conjured with raw hatred and blizzard production, casting evil tremolo guitars and demonic melodies into this world, accompanied by the destructive machine-gun programmed drums and hellish vocals.
