[4] Dal is a type of Lentil Stew Dal is a classic from Indian cuisine. Dal originally refers to dried and split legumes such as lentils, beans or peas. In the south of Iran, this dish has been established since ancient times, especially in the port city of Bushehr. [5] Samosa Dough The Samosa Dough consists of Flour, Water, Salt and Sunflower oil. The Dumplings called Samosas in India are spread from the Middle East through Central Asia to Africa and Southeast Asia.
