Syria: Barrel bombs kill dozens at Aleppo funeral

At least 24 people have been killed in a barrel bomb attack on a funeral procession in the Syrian city of Aleppo. The UN Special Envoy for Syria is pushing for a ceasefire agreement that would mean aid deliveries - which are ready to go - could get through to the city.
