Marathon runner knocks over water bottles Olympic games 2021

My conclusion after analysis: Not deliberate. Actual cause: * Water bottles placed too close to each other generating a domino effect. * Amdouni is leaning too far over making it difficult to balance and control hand movements while running. * This is 28km into the run and runners are already fatigued in the heat.
