Dr. Ning Li emigrated from China to the United States in 1983, joining the Center for Space Plasma and Aeronomic Research at the University of Alabama. In the early ’90s, her pioneering papers on anti-gravity were met with skepticism, dismissed by many as fanciful science fiction.
