Born in Newcastle Australia, Glen started doing ground announcing for the Hunter Eagles and Newcastle Breakers before becoming the Newcastle Knights ground announcer in 2002. Glen will celebrate his 20 years this NRL season. He also is the ground announcer for Sydney Roosters, South Sydney Rabbitohs, Manly Sea Eagles and the Cronulla Shark. Working with the NRL, he is the ground announcer for State Of Origin, Test Matches, Magic Round, Grand Finals. Since the 2005-06 season Glen has been the ground announcer for the Sydney Cricket Ground which included International test matches, The Ashes Series, One day and T20 matches. This also included the first MLB game where the LA Dodgers played the Arizona Diamondbacks.
