Sidecar Adventure on the Hatfield-McCoy Trails

We rode our sidecars deep into the Hatfield-McCoy Trails in southern West Virginia and explored the coal-mining towns that are tucked down in the hollers. We grew up riding in the dirt, but this rocky terrain provided a new challenge with steep inclines and some risky traversing. The Ural Gear Up Sahara (the tan model in the video) is two-wheel drive and handled the hills like a champ. The Ural cT (orange model) is one-wheel drive, so it required a bit more throttle and weight distribution, but the knobby tires and torquey engine rose to the task. ---- A big thanks goes to those who help support our travels: URAL MOTORCYCLES | We rode the Gear Up Sahara and cT models in this video, fitted with many Ural accessories. These things are rugged, fun and can carry all of our equipment and supplies with room to spare. SENA Motorcycle Bluetooth Devices | The dialogue and many clips in this video were captured by our helmet-mounted Sena 10C camera & communication system
