Supermax 7: Electricity [Full Album + Bonus] (1983)

After Hauenstein’s flop with his self-released 1982 concept album A Planet Called Earth, he signed up with Ariola Records for a more commercial album, Electricity, which hit the record stores in February 1983, heralded by the first single Coconut Reggae a few weeks before its release. Loversnight (co-written by later Milli Vanilli-singer Brad Howell) followed in May 1983, and a 12“ only release of Future Time followed in August. None of the releases managed to chart. While Hauenstein signed up with CBS Records in 1984 for a Supermax single release-only Number One In My Heart with the B-side We Are The People which I have included as bonus tracks here, he stayed with Ariola for the London Aircraaft project to follow next. 00:00 Loversnight 05:48 Future Time 12:10 Love Is Deeper 16:03 Funk It Up 21:08 Show Me Your Love 25:09 Body Heat 33:23 Coconut Reggae 37:10 Electricity Bonus Tracks: 41:29 Number One In My Heart (7“ Version) 45:30 We Are The
