It is the one 911 that broke with 2 traditions, the iconic look of the circular headlights and the first water-cooling system. as a result the 996 generation was the most unloved for a long time. but now it’s starting to gain in popularity and the prices are rising. the 996 Carrera 4s might still be one of the best deals on the Porsche market right now with prizes as low as 30k.
