31 Count Jo Kata

San Ju Ichi Jo no Kata (31 count Jo Kata) as taught by Morihiro Saito Sensei as part of the Aiki Buki Kihon. Saito Sensei teaches the 31 count Jo Kata exactly as O’Sensei had taught him it. The purpose of this video is to assist new Aikidoka in their Jo staff practice outside of the Dojo.
