I decided to make a “holiday“ song by sampling an old christmas tape I found. I used the C-1 tape player to slow/pitch the tape down and then sampled parts of it to a tape loop on my 4 track recorder. I then performed these tape loop parts and the sampled tape itself into a holiday themed, improvised ambient piece.
