Crispy and Irresistible Ginger and Garlic Tofu Recipe!
In this Wok Wednesday, Jeremy shows us how to cook super crispy, crunchy pieces of tofu, wrapped in a deliciously spicy sauce. What’s not to love?
Ingredients
1 block extra firm silken tofu
Half an onion
1 Green onion stalk
2 garlic cloves
Thumb and a half of ginger
Half a bell pepper
1 bowl of seasoned corn flour
1/2 tablespoon mushrooms stir fry sauce
1 tablespoon light soy sauce
1 1/2 tablespoon of rice wine
1 teaspoon of chilli oil
