LATEST EVERTON STADIUM FOOTAGE | Site update from Bramley-Moore Dock

The size and scale of the one-tier south stand at Everton Stadium is now clearer following another whirlwind week. Raker beams that arrow down towards the pitch are now in place across virtually the full length of the upper level of the giant stand, which will house 13,000 Evertonians and offer grandstand views of the action and a jaw-dropping panorama of the city centre from the rear. The steelwork is also now conjoined in the south west corner, with the south east corner taking shape in under a week. The second, upper tier of the north stand is also becoming evident, with raker beams also bolted into place in the two separate sections, ready for the installation of the concrete terracing units that will eventually wrap around the entire inner bowl. In the predominantly concrete east and west stands, work also continues to move at pace. The first precast wall sections are visible in the north eastern corner of the east stand, with foundations emerging on the southern end. And in the west stand, the final walls are now in place in the northern end as the first floor extends virtually the whole length of the stand. Wednesday, August 10, marks the first anniversary of ground being broken at Everton Stadium.
