If you’re overstimulated, consider using boredom to your advantage. It’s the most reliable way to de-stimulate your mind, get back in touch with yourself, and rediscover your creativity. If there’s even a small part of you begging to come out and express itself (like creative potential, a dream, a mission, etc.) you will not be able to access it if you’re stuck in a cheap dopamine spiral. Boredom/silence/rest is the way back to yourself. It’s not easy, but it’s straightforward. Give yourself time and patience. I’m right here with you.
