Also, kebab lovers would agree with this fact, often one serving is not enough, you would want to eat many servings of it to be truly satiated. #chickenrecipe #kabab #easyrecipe #youtube #chefharpalsingh Ingredients Quantity Oil 2tbsp Carom seeds 1/4tsp Gram Flour 2tsp Turmeric powder ¼ tsp Green chilies 4no Mint leaves ½ cup Coriander 1cup Curd 2tbsp 1tbsp Chicken breast 2no’s Lemon 1 no Ginger garlic paste 1tbsp Black pepper ½ tsp ½ tsp Salt to taste salt to taste Kasuri methi 1tsp Black salt ¼ tsp Garam masala 1tsp Cardamom powder ¼ tsp Fresh cream 2 tbsp Mustard oil 2 tbsp Salt as required Oil for drizzling for drizzling for drizzling Garnish (onions ring, green chilies and lemon ) Method In a pan add oil, carom seeds , besan and mix it well for 2min Add turmeric powder and mix it well Remove it in a bowl In a same pan add sliced green chilies and mix it well Now add mint leaves and coriander leaves and mix it well Remove it in a mixer grinder add curd and grind it well Cut the breast chicken in to pieces add lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, black pepper powder, salt to taste and massage the chicken well In the besan mixture add kasuri methi, black salt, garam masala, cardamom powder, Black pepper powder, curd, prepared green chutney, fresh cream mix it well Now add mustard oil , salt to taste and mix it well Now add the marinated chicken in the prepared mixture and rest it for 20 to 25 mins Preheat the oven at 220°c In the skewer add onion, tomato, capsicum and chicken repeat the process In a baking tray add oil and brush it well. Now place the skewers one by one in the tray, drizzle some oil on top and cook it at 220°c for 15 min After 8 mins remove the tray from the oven, drizzle some more oil and again put it back in to the oven In a serving platter add your favorite garnishes and place the banjara kebab on the platter and serve hot.
