CO2 Tolerance Exercise!

Hey Guys! I wanted to share some of the exercise we do when we are a larger group to train our CO2 tolerance, its called the machine and the point of the game is to see who can last the longest, the less people you are, the shorter your rest period is which makes the hold even harder, then theres the ’sharks’ that are introduced that come out of nowhere and tickle whoever is at the bottom to add to the intensity! So the first person goes down and holds on to the kettlebell, the next person jumps in, hands the person their mask, takes theirs off and the first person takes the mask to the next person in line, and the following person then jumps in, handing the mask over and giving theirs over etc etc, hope you enjoy the video!
