Another Eden - Shion NS Stellar Awaken Short Review

Short review on Shion’s Stellar awaken update. He is once again one of the highest mod DPS. The stellar skill is slightly higher damage than his normal skill but not spammable in AF as it gets weaker with use. His Stellar passive buff is available from his True Manifest Skill.
