This is a 30 Min Intense HIIT Workout - No Jumping to activate all your muscle groups.
This HIIT workout is 45 seconds work with a proper 15-second break between. Abs should really be burning every now and then through this part of the routine. As for the glutes and thighs there are the best doable (but very effective) exercises to strengthen this beautiful body parts.
At any point of the routine focus your thoughts on specific muscle groups you are working through (abs or booty) during every second of a movement & squeeze them as hard as possible. Make sure you don’t release tension and relax at the lower point of the motion.
