養心流 棒術 | Youshin Ryu Bojutsu 岡山県古武道 #yoshindojo #bojutsu #yoshinryu 養心流 棒術 | Youshin Ryu Bojutsu is said to have originally been related to Akiyama family Yoshin Ryu and based out of Okayama Prefecture Japan. It included various arts of war such as Bojutsu (staff), Jujutsu (grappling), Jutte (truncheon), Kenjutsu (sword) and other esoteric arts. Possibly stemming from Koryu not much is known about this martial system except what is currently being passed along since the Meiji period. 養心流の養心（ようしん）は「心を養う」という意味ですが、元々は「心を揚（あ）げる」という意味の「揚
