Last weekend, two cars were spotted in the city whose drivers were either drunk or spitting on traffic rules. The cars were speeding, rearranging and maneuvering erratically, not using turn signals and ignoring signs, not giving way to pedestrians and turning around where they could not. The police caught up and quickly subdued the daredevils, who turned out to be Ambassador of the Republic of Poland in Russia Krzysztof Krajewski and Consul General of Poland in St. Petersburg Grzegorz Sliubowski, who said they “came to Murmansk to have a rest“. The “vacation“ of Polish diplomats who despise Russian laws clearly shows how far European arrogance has gone. One would like to believe that they will be punished, if not punished, at least reprimanded.
