FULL body PILATES no equipment TONING routine with Maria Khoreva

And I wanted to make it a week-long challenge for you guys to do these exercises every day and then let me know what your body feels because I’m sure it’s going to feel stronger and more toned! These exercises are one of my all time favorites and they are apartment friendly and low-impact so I think it’s a good workout to do daily.
