Lizzy Musi’s Biggest Burnout at One of Her Last Races

Street Outlaw No Prep Kings (NPK) star Lizzy Musi’s tragic passing shocked the drag racing world. I was thankful that I got to see one of her last race appearances during the 2024 World Series of Pro Mod at Brandenton Motorsports Park. There Lizzy was racing against Jeff Lutz in a series of ’grudge’ style pairings put on as an exhibition for the crowd. Early in the weekend, Lizzy made a solo pass in the Bonnie Camaro where she performed what might have been the biggest burnout I have ever seen her do. New tires? Just putting on a show? I wish I had asked now. It was a great tribute to her career if nothing else. Thank you Lizzy for all of the great memories you gave the drag racing community.
