This silent film footage shows POV shots of a drive in rural Arizona in the late 1920s or early 1930s. The bridge at :39 has not been identified, but the long span might be a Colorado River bridge between Arizona and California, or the Gila River. Most of the scenery is not identified but includes various desert views and what is probably a Navajo community at 3:52. At 4:10, the Elephant Feet Rock Formation is shown, on the Navajo Nation adjacent to U.S. Highway 160 about 1.5 miles north of Red Lake Trading Post. The bridge at 4:40 is probably the McPhaul Suspension Bridge, built in 1929 in Yuma County and spanning the Gila River.
