The Israeli submarine INS Dakar left Portsmouth, England, on January 9, 1968, on her way to Haifa, Israel. Dakar has sunk in the Mediterranean Sea. and all her crew, 69 officers and sailors, has been lost at sea. On May 28, 1999 the remains of the submarine were discovered at 3 km depth
