Here presenting to you, Kalavati Tarana with my students 🌺 . A beautiful composition sung by the Maestro of Kathak - Pdt . Birju Maharaj Ji 🙏. Tarana is a type of composition in Hindustani Classical Music in which certain words and syllables ( eg : Odhani , Tadeem , Yalali ) are rendered at a medium ( Madhya ) or fast ( Drut ) pace ( laya ) .
