Spicy marinated carrots
Ingredients:
carrot - 2 pcs.
onion - 1/4 bulb
bay leaf - 2 pcs.
ginger - 2 pcs.
hot pepper - 1/3 pcs.
garlic - 2 cloves
peppercorns - 1/2 tsp.
dry herbs - 1/2 tsp.
cumin - 1/2 tsp.
salt - 1 tsp.
natural vinegar - 2 tbsp.
cabbage leaf - 1 pc.
water - 2-3 cups
Method:
Cut all the vegetables into small pieces and place in a glass jar, add spices and fill with warm water. Cover and leave at room temperature for 4-5 days. Ready!
