Miyamoto Tsuruzo was born in B. Fukuoka in 1953, March, 30. He started Aikido in 1971, at 18, when he entered the university of Fukuoka. For the next four years he followed the teaching of Suganuma Momoru Sensei, who was a delegate instructor of the Aikikai. From the late 70’s to the early 90’s Miyamoto Tsuruzo trained at the Tokyo Aikikai under the tutelage of Kisshomaru Ueshiba.
