AMTRAK “Texas Eagle“ & “Sunset Limited“ from Chicago to LA

This video, originally taken during my one and only trip on the combined AMTRAK train routes “Texas Eagle“ and “Sunset Limited“ in October of 2013, has been posted to YouTube now because of viewer requests for a documentary of that trip. Since I was not impressed with the trip, I have not taken it again and have no plans to take it in the future. So the only way I had of presenting the trip now was to rip the audio/video from my archival DVDs and re-edit for YouTube. Accordingly, the video is of lower quality than usual, and something went wrong with the audio, possibly during ripping, that resulted in some distortion. Still, this video allows viewers to see what this trip is like through the eyes of my usual train trip sensibilities.
