Saitama, Kawagoe festival 2023・4K HDR

🕒 14 SEP 2023 🌡️ 18℃ 🚶‍♂️4km This September Kawagoe city in Saitama prefecture held a festival after a 2-year COVID break. There were significantly more people than in Shibuya, and the organization was much worse. I was stuck in one place for 15 minutes, unable to move forward or backward.
