Bullseye [SFM - Saxxy 2013 Entry]

Here’s a reworked version of Bullseye. When I initially released it back in May of 2013 it had no motion blur. Woops. So I added that as well as some minor tweaks to a decent amount of the animation. The major difference between this release and the previous one is that the ending is completely different. I wasn’t happy with how it ended last time.
