Countable Nouns & Negative Sentences: Live Stream English Class (#638) with Mark Kulek ESL. Topics in today’s Live Stream Class: Negative sentences - “I am not -ing“ construction, 10 Very Short Conversations, countable nouns and food vocabulary. Mark Kulek’s English class for ESL students.
In today’s English class for ESL students, we will explore a variety of grammar concepts and vocabulary related to negative sentences, listening practice, and countable nouns. Our first topic is forming negative sentences using the “I am not -ing“ construction, where we will learn how to construct sentences with this grammar point and use it in everyday conversation. We will then watch a video featuring ten very short conversations and practice our listening and comprehension skills with a worksheet provided. In the second half of the class, we will focus on countable nouns related to food. We will learn how to use these nouns correctly in sentences and practice with a worksheet that includes dialogue such as “How do you like the __s? I think they are delicious. I’m glad that you like them. Would you care for more? Yes, please. But not too many. Just a few.“ By the end of the class, you will have improved your grammar and vocabulary skills, as well as your listening, comprehension, and conversation abilities. Join us for an engaging and interactive class that will help you feel more confident in speaking English!
